farfar

farfar is a Mediterranean jazz band from Antwerp that draws you into vibrant and evocative instrumentals. From swaying on the waves to an exuberant dance party, anything is possible in the wonderful universe of farfar.

In 2022, they released their debut album Calima, and now the band presents their second album Orbit (2025) at ‘Nouter Club. Armed with a larger array of instruments and synths, farfar embarks on an intriguing new path without losing the essence and uniqueness of their sound.
Dynamic and profound instrumentals each tell a story that listeners can interpret in their own personal way. Wander along with the musicians through this extraordinary world!
Calima was awarded Best Album at the Belgian Worldwide Music Awards, was featured on Radio 1 and Klara, and even toured through China.
